We hand select the best skin care products around, from cult favs from New York to boutique lines from London. We are super excited to offer our customers the best skin care products we can find and some our products you will only find on our website in the whole of Australia!

What is your product selection criteria?

We only source products from companies that are as passionate and committed to Natural and Organic Skincare as we are. All skin, baby and hair products must meet our strict Ingredients Policy.

Are my credit card details safe when i purchase online with Flora Organica?

Flora Organica is encypted with 128Bit SSL and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All transactions are processed through EWAY who handles your credit card details securely and privately.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal 

What is Paypal?

Paypal is a safe secure way to send funds from your credit card. You do not need a a Paypal account to send funds. You can read more about Paypal at www.paypal.com.au

Are my personal details secure?

Delivery Information

What are the delivery options and charges?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being received. Depending on the shipping service you choose your order can take anywhere from 1-3 days for capital cities and 14 days for remote areas. For further information please see our SHIPPING PAGE

What do i do if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Deliveries can take up to 7 business days for major cities and 21 working days for remote areas of Australia depending on how efficient Australia post is feeling at the time. If your order has not been receieved by this time, please contact us at customercare@floraorganica.com.au with your order number and Invoice ID. As all deliveries within Australia are sent via express post (with tracking), we will immediately put a trace through for you to track the item

I would like my items to arrive in one piece, how do you package your items? 

Our products are delivered in eco friendly boxes with either reused foam peanuts that come from our suppliers when we order products, eco friendly foam peanuts or bubble wrap to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes we do. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated at the checkout. 

Transit times vary fro country to country but generally take between 5-15 working days. 

Flora Organica is not responsible for any customs or duties payable on goods sent to international countries.

All prices and shipping rates are in Australian Dollars only.

Order Information

Can i track the status of my order?

Yes you can! Once your order is shipped you will receive a Confirmation Email from Flora Organica which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel. If you can't locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on email customercare@floraorganica.com.au

What is your returns and refund policy?

Can i make a change or cancel my order?

Cancellations cannot be made once your order has been shipped. For any changes or cancellations please first see our Returns and Refunds page. For further assistance please contact our friendly staff via email on customercare@floraorganica.com.au

Pre Orders

Products can be purchased pre-order. The product page will state when it is a pre order and expected delivery date. These delivery dates are approximate and we do not guarantee you will receive your product within this time frame due to any unforeseeable delays. We of course will try and get your lovely goodies to you as quickly as possible!

If you order contains multiple products and a pre order product/s the entire order will not be shipped until all products are available. If you do not want to wait we offer the option of delivering to you in two separate shipments: your available products and your pre order products. This comes at an additional charge which you can add to your cart HERE

Gift Certificates & Discount Codes

How do i purchase a gift certificate?

The full amount of gift cards must be used in one order and are valid for 12 months. All Gift Certificates are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

How do i use a discount code?

Add products to you cart and checkout either as a returning customer or as a guest. Enter your email and shipping details. When you reach the payment page there is a option to apply a discount code. Enter the code in the box and press APPLY. The discount amount will be deducted from your total.

Corporate Gift Cards

Do you offer Corporate Gift Certificates?

Yes we do! Please contact customercare@floraorganica.com.au to speak with one of our friendly staff members to discuss how we can give the gift of pure lush products.

How do i use my discount code?

You can apply your discount code when in the check out process.
