Returns and Refunds
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund or exchange if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods unless deemed faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
Some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities - we are all unique and individual! We always list the complete ingredient listings as supplied to us by the manufacturer with every product. We always recommend doing a skin test first before using any new products.
To return goods, follow these instructions:
Please refer to our Returns Policy (above) before contacting returns and filling out the Return Form
- Email email@example.com and clearly state your order number (which is on the invoice that accompanied your order) and the items you wish to return.
- Our staff will contact you within 24 hours with a returns form and full instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Items must be unopened, in saleable condition and securely packaged in a box unless deemed faulty. Any damaged products will be rejected.
- A copy of the Return Form MUST be attached to the returned good/s.
Freight on returned goods will not be paid by Flora Organica unless goods are deemed by Flora Organica as faulty. We recommend sending goods with tracking as Flora Organica will not take responsibility for lost returned goods.
