All orders within Australia are sent using Australia Post. All orders sent to New Zealand are sent using Registered International Post. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and usually ship within 1-2 business days.

Regular Post

Regular Post will arrive within 3 - 5 days depending on your location, and can be tracked online. These delivery times are subject to the Australia Posts delivery network and the time the order is placed. Click here for more details. Please note: Parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address.

Express Post:

Express Post deliveries will arrive within 1 - 3 business days and can always be tracked online. These delivery times are subject to the Australia Posts delivery network and the time the order is placed. Click here for more details. Platinum Post:

Platinum Post ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 1 - 2 business days and must be signed for upon delivery - we recommend sending high value orders via Platinum Delivery and to your work address if possible.

NEW ZEALAND

Registered International Post: 

Your parcel will arrive within 3-10 business days and can always be tracked - it also must be signed for upon delivery. The domestic and International delivery times are an approximate and relates to major capital Cities. Delivery time may vary between regional and metro areas 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Confirmation Email from Flora Organica which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel. If you can't locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on email customercare@floraorganica.com.au

High value orders will require a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to the following Counties:

Asia Pacific: Japan, Singapore, China, Hong Kong

North America & Middle East: Canada, United States of America,  United Arab Emirates 

Europe: Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Denmark, France

All International Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Registered Mail and requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping rates are based on weight and can viewed at the checkout. 

Most destinations World Wide will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 15 working days.

Flora Organica cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from Country to Country.

Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, there may be some countries or regions that we may be unable to ship to. Should this apply to your country you will be notified by e-mail and the credit card used to purchase will be refunded.
